Havas Group acquires majority stake in Germany’s HRZN

Havas Group announced that it has acquired the majority of HRZN, one of Germany’s up-and-coming independent creative agencies for social media and content.

HRZN, which was founded in 2011 and has offices in Mannheim, Düsseldorf, and Hamburg in addition to its main location, specialises in all areas of online-located brand communication, including social media consulting, social listening, and analytics, as well as content creation, brand experience, and community management. The 45-person team of industry professionals is led by Managing Director Stephan Lachmann and helps well-known companies while developing a deep expertise in the retail, FMCG, and automotive sectors.

HRZN focuses on the consumer-oriented potential exploitation of brands online and implements effective communication and marketing projects that, starting with consulting, extend to web and app development.
