Ajax Engineering has named Shubhabrata Saha as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Shubhabrata held several senior positions in Mahindra & Mahindra for over two decades. His most recent position at Mahindra was as CEO of the Farm Division. He has generated continuous and long-term profitable growth while also strengthening the brand and network.
Shubhabrata joins Ajax from the $3 billion Adventz company, where he was the MD and CEO of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers, as well as the Deputy CEO of their Agri sector.
Shubhabrata’s hiring will strengthen Ajax’s position as a technology-driven, innovative, and 360-degree concrete solutions provider.

He has demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset to deliver turnarounds and has also leveraged the triad of data, digital and technology to solve complex problems.
