CEAT named Lakshmi Narayanan B as Chief Marketing Officer

Lakshmi Narayanan B has been named the company’s new chief marketing officer, according to CEAT.

Lakshmi Narayanan will lead the company’s marketing initiatives across all markets in this capacity. Lakshmi Narayanan has 18 years of solid expertise in sales and marketing.

He oversaw a varied team in his previous position as Head of Marketing at Asian Paints, where he constantly built a multi-category portfolio and made inroads into new market sectors to support development.

Commenting on the appointment, Arnab Banerjee, Chief Operating Officer at CEAT Tyres, said, “We are extremely happy to welcome Lakshminarayanan onboard as our CMO. He is a highly experienced professional with a strong track record of building brands. His experience in the consumer marketing space as well as deep insights into the consumer psyche will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and reinforce our position as a provider of Safe and Smart Mobility.”
