M V S Murthy has been appointed as Federal Bank’s first Chief Marketing Officer. He has been tasked with leveraging marketing to aid in scale building by focusing on the intersection of Brand Communication, Customer Experience, and Technology. The function plays a horizontal role across the bank’s existing customer portfolio and a vertical role in strengthening the bank’s organic acquisition as well as inorganic growth, which is fueled by strategic partnerships within the fintech and start-up ecosystem.
M V S was previously the Director of Marketing, Digital, and Corporate Communication at TATA AMC.
