Shalini Saxena has been appointed as the Head of Legal at CoinDCX, India’s top cryptocurrency exchange. As the industry evolves and grows, she will play a critical role in fostering a legal framework for the company. Shalini will serve as in-house counsel for the company’s legal mandate and help to streamline processes.
Shalini has over two decades of experience working in large corporations and multinational corporations on a variety of initiatives. She has worked with General Electric in the ASEAN region on their finance, credit card, power, and renewable energy divisions. She spent a substantial portion of her career working for Naspers, supporting their Asia startup projects and strategic investments in Asia.More recently she was heading legal & compliance for Pine Labs across its global presence.

Navneet Khangura, Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance, has been appointed to the Information Security job at CoinDCX. She will be in charge of instilling a robust information security culture at CoinDCX. She spent 22 years in the military, where she was in charge of Cyber Security Policy Development and Implementation, as well as Information Security Training. Navneet will use her extensive experience and knowledge to create a strong risk management and protection framework.
