Funskool India Ltd., India’s largest toy company, has added another blockbuster to its portfolio by acquiring the rights to produce and market Goliath’s popular board game ‘Sequence’ in India.
Sequence is a combination of a board game and a card game created by Doug Reuter in 1981. Sequence, dubbed the “Perfect Family Game,” can be played by two to twelve people. The game attempts to develop strategy, planning, sportsmanship, and teamwork while also offering enjoyable entertainment.
Funskool India has been increasing their base and challenging themselves to broaden their affiliation with foreign peers, drawing inspiration from the ‘Make in India’ movement. Funskool India is an ideal partner for worldwide toy manufacturers to entrust their renowned games to be manufactured in BIS certified Funskool facilities, thanks to the new requirements on mandatory certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards for toy imports.
