Mr. K. Ganapathy Subramaniam has been named Head of Marketing at LT Foods, a 70-year-old Consumer Food Company. Subramaniam’s main responsibility would be to design and implement branding and marketing strategies to help LT Foods strengthen its brands in India.
Subramaniam has over 17 years of experience in a variety of FMCG areas with him. He graduated from IMT Ghaziabad with a Master’s in Business Administration. He was formerly responsible for leading Innovations at Dabur India Ltd., delivering a consistent pipeline of innovative products for Dabur’s commercial growth across sectors of interest. He was instrumental in the introduction of the Dabur Sanitize range of personal and household sanitising products, as well as Dabur’s push into staples and the launch of Dabur Vatika Face.
At LT Foods he will anchor the marketing function by providing strategic leadership across all aspects of marketing- brand equity & portfolio management, innovation & new product development, media & communication along with the route to market programs. His key ability lies in handling portfolios of increasing complexity and scale, successfully launching new products with a sharp focus on consumers, processes to deliver marketing excellence.
