Mr. Raghu Iyer has been named as Director of Residential Sales by the Kohinoor Group, a major name in Pune’s real estate sector. Governing, achieving, and maintaining growth and profitability are among his tasks. Building verticals and businesses from the ground up for Kohinoor Group, as well as providing scale. He will also be in charge of developing critical growth sales strategies and action plans for the residential segment’s expansion.

Previously, Iyer worked as the Vertical Sales Head at Godrej Properties Ltd., where he was a launched specialist who oversaw more than 12 successful launches and activations in the last five years. Direct Sourcing Champion, with an unbreakable record of more than 500 crore contributions from a direct source in a fiscal year, is one of his significant accomplishments. He has 15 years of expertise managing teams with a high productivity matrix, as a product trainer and sales motivator who has created champions, and as an all-around real estate specialist.
Iyer graduated from Mumbai University with a degree in mechanical engineering and an Executive Program in Sales and Marketing from IIM Kolkata.
