Sujay Ray has been recently named Head of Digital Marketing at L’Oréal, a cosmetics firm. Ray joins the beauty company after more than three years as Category Lead-Deodorant & Oral Care at Mindshare (Team Unilever). Ray has a solid background in digital marketing, brand & media strategy, and e-commerce, with over 15 years of experience.
He has scaled businesses and handled P&L in a variety of industries, including FMCG, Media, and Telecom. Ray’s LinkedIn page claims, “As a manager, I possess the essential leadership qualities to manage and operate in big matrix structure teams across many geographies.”
Ray previously worked at ABInBev as the head of media and digital connections, at Star India as the head of digital marketing and CRM for Star Sports, at Bharti Airtel as the brand manager for Airtel Money and Airtel Digital TV, and at Times Internet as the product and marketing manager.
