Mirum India won Marketing Automation Mandate for GRT Jewellers

Mirum India, a prominent digital solutions agency and a member of the WPP Group, has been awarded the GRT Jewellers Marketing Automation contract.

GRT Jewellers’ expanding customer base and retail outlets have necessitated the selection of a technological platform that can add value to the brand’s six-decade-long tradition of offering exceptional customer service. Mirum India, a Salesforce Crest Consulting Partner, has been brought on board to help with this, and they will be in charge of deploying several products under the most robust and efficient – Salesforce Marketing Cloud Stack.
