As part of its strategy to improve its position in the creator economy, Graphy, an Unacademy Group subsidiary, has announced the acquisition of edtech platform Spayee for $25 million.
Spayee is a SaaS platform that allows anybody to design, advertise, and sell online courses. It was founded in 2014.
According to Graphy, the acquisition will expand the company’s reach and improve its product offerings. Spayee will continue to operate independently following the acquisition.
