Freshworks files for $100M IPO

Freshworks Inc., a leading software company that helps businesses delight their customers and employees, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock.

According to a press release provided by the company, Freshworks aims to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “FRSH.”

“The company has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock,” according to the firm. It went on to say that the quantity of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have yet to be defined. Lead book-running managers for the proposed offering will be Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and BofA Securities.
