Digital health startup Navia Life Care receives $1M from Anicut Angel Fund

Navia Life Care, a digital health business based in Delhi, has raised $1 million in Series A funding. Anicut Angel Fund, the equity arm of Anicut Capital, led the investment, which included 9Unicorns and other notable angel investors, including the healthcare and life science practise lead of a top tier strategy consulting firm, the strategic partnerships lead at Google India, and the CEO of a top tier strategy consulting firm.

The new funding will go toward solidifying the company’s position as one of India’s fastest-growing digital health businesses, which is working to minimise information asymmetry and improve access to high-quality health data across the ecosystem. It will also allow the organisation to invest in technology, business development, product innovation and development, and strategic recruiting.,and expansion across all healthcare hubs of India, metro cities, along with Tier-II and III cities.
