The round’s conclusion takes the company’s total investment to $137 million.Virsec has gathered a pool of expertise and resources to greatly expand its team and power acceleration of its groundbreaking innovations, thanks to a focus and urgency from the White House as well as private sector leaders to aggressively expand cybersecurity advancement and collaboration for the purposes of national and economic defence.
Former Cisco Chairman and CEO John Chambers, former EMC Chairman and CEO Mike Ruettgers, and a number of former high-ranking government and intelligence officials are among Virsec’s Series C investors. Allen & Company LLC, Arena Holdings, Intuitive Venture Partners, JC2 Ventures, Artiman Ventures, Quantum Valley Investments, and Marker Hill are among the investors in the round, which is led by BlueIO.
