Vivekananda Institute of Mass Communication (VIMC), a part of prestigious Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) has announced the launch of a PG diploma course in media studies that aims to make students job-ready. The Delhi-based institute has also tied up with various companies in the respective arena, who will impart job-ready training to students of the PG Diploma course. In this quest, VIMC has tied up with Slough PR, a new age public relations (PR) company to skill media professionals desirous of building career in the areas of PR and Corporate Communications.
Under the programme, students will be provided professional training in multiple areas including PR & Corporate Communication, Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Event Management and Film making among others.
The idea behind the launch of the new course is to provide students practical insights through a bouquet of classroom engagements, practical training in industry environment and project assignments.

The candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any stream can apply for the post-graduate diploma programme.
