In his new role, Jain will oversee Sales, Marketing, CRM, Cash Flow Planning, and P&L management, while working closely with Aura World’s design collaborators and leadership team. His mandate includes driving sales performance, strengthening customer systems, enhancing forecasting, and integrating AI-powered processes to build a more efficient and future-ready sales organisation.
A Proven Leader With Deep NCR Market Expertise
Jain joins Aura World with over a decade of senior leadership experience, most notably from his tenure at M3M, where he held key roles across Sales, CRM and Leasing. Over the years, he has contributed to transactions exceeding ₹5,000 crore in sales and more than 1 million sq. ft. of leasing across hospitality, F&B, fashion retail and commercial categories.
Known for his disciplined leadership style, strong market understanding and customer-first approach, Jain has led large teams with precision and clarity. Beyond real estate, he is also an endurance athlete and an IRONMAN finisher, bringing a mindset of resilience and performance to the organisation.
