Rajwar brings a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, having held pivotal roles in healthcare management, corporate relations, and business growth.
Prior to joining HealthCare Global, Rajwar served as Facility Director and Assistant Vice President at Marengo Asia Hospitals, as well as Facility Director and General Manager at Max Healthcare. In these roles, she successfully managed key healthcare facilities in Delhi, contributing to operational excellence and strategic growth.
Rajwar’s tenure at Max Healthcare also included her role as Head of Corporate Relations, where she spearheaded business development and wellness initiatives, further strengthening the institution’s market position.
Beyond healthcare, Rajwar’s diverse career includes leadership positions at Reliance Communications as Zonal Manager and at HDFC RED as Regional Head, where she was instrumental in driving strategic growth and revenue generation.
In her new role at HealthCare Global, Rajwar aims to leverage her extensive experience to lead operational initiatives and elevate the standards of healthcare delivery.
