Indian tire industry leader, JK Tyre & Industries, has partnered with EKA Mobility, a prominent player in the electric mobility sector, alongside equity partners Mitsui Co., Ltd. (Japan) & VDL Groep (Netherlands).
This collaboration solidifies JK Tyre’s position as a pioneer in “Connected Mobility Solutions” with its cloud-based monitoring system, enhancing tire management through comprehensive mobility solutions.
Under this partnership, JK Tyre will equip EKA’s fleet with its new generation of EV tires featuring Connected Treel Sensors for real-time monitoring, bolstered by round-the-clock support. Starting with Mumbai, the initiative will extend support across all cities.
