Anshul Aggarwal who led Nando’s as Deputy Marketing Manager has stepped down from his position to pursue PGP-TBM at Masters’ Union.
He stated, “After a remarkable journey filled with growth, learning, and new friendships, I have decided to step down from my role and upskill myself. I am immensely grateful for the experiences that have enriched my professional life and the relationships that have brightened my personal one during my tenure.”
He further added, “It was truly an immense learning experience for me, where I got strong insights about the industry, since food has always been my love and passion it was great to be on the other side of the business this time.”
Aggarwal started as a food content creator in 2017, gained around 50,000 followers within two years, ventured into e-commerce, scaled it to handle 3,000 orders per month, and then transitioned to roles at BEI Confluence and I Say Organic. As Marketing Manager at I Say Organic, he led direct-to-consumer (D2C) and growth marketing strategies, delivering impressive results. His passion for food and marketing continues to drive his inspiring journey!
