Procter & Gamble named Mrinalini Srinivasan as New CFO

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd, a key entity of P&G India that includes brands like Vicks and Whisper, has announced the appointment of Mrinalini Srinivasan as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 29, 2024.

Mrinalini, who brings 16 years of diverse finance experience, joined P&G in India in 2008. She has successfully led projects in Singapore, India, and Dubai. An alumna of FMS Delhi, she currently heads Corporate Finance and champions Gender Equality at P&G India. Previously, she served as Senior Director of Sales Finance for P&G India.

Speaking about her new role, Mrinalini Srinivasan said, “I am honored for this opportunity and excited to take on the new role. I truly believe in the Company’s commitment to making peoples’ lives better in small but meaningful ways, every day. This role gives me an opportunity to work with various stakeholders to bring our integrated growth strategy to life and delight our consumers with superior propositions. I look forward to contributing to the growth of P&G in India.”

Mrinalini succeeds Prashant Bhatnagar, who will be leaving the company after approximately 28 years of service.

Since her start in 2008, Mrinalini has excelled in various roles across Singapore, India, and Dubai, enhancing P&G’s businesses. She has held positions such as Senior Director of Sales Finance for P&G India and Regional Business Planning Director and Finance Director for Feminine Care across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Passionate about organizational development, she graduated in Engineering from Shri GS Institute of Technology and Sciences, Indore.
