Pooja Menon Vaidya has been appointed as the new Associate Vice President of Digital Marketing at IIFL Securities, stepping into her new role after serving as AVP of Digital Marketing at Kotak Life.
Excited about her new position, she shared the news on her LinkedIn profile, stating, “Happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Associate Vice President – Digital Marketing at IIFL Securities!”
During her time at Kotak Life from 2020 to 2024, she led digital marketing efforts for the company’s online business, overseeing various activities such as paid advertising, SEO, content creation, analytics, social media campaigns, and more. She played a crucial role in driving revenue through media campaigns and organic growth, with a strong focus on conversions, sales, and enhancing customer relationships.
Prior to her tenure at Kotak Life, she held the position of Digital Marketing Manager at Aditya Birla Capital from 2016 to 2020. Before that, she worked as an Account Manager in Digital & Performance Marketing at iProspect from 2015 to 2016, and as the Head of Social Media and Communication at Binary Web Solutions Pvt Ltd from 2013 to 2015. She also served as an Account Manager in Digital Marketing at Customer Centria from 2012 to 2013.
Her career journey began as a Project Executive in Marketing & Business Development at Direxions from 2011 to 2012. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and has completed an Executive Education Program in Digital & Social Media Marketing and Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management.
