AkzoNobel has elevated Neha Kalia to the role of Country HR Manager – India, marking a significant leadership advancement as the company sharpens its talent and people strategy in one of its fastest-growing markets.
Neha, who has been instrumental in shaping AkzoNobel’s talent engine, steps into the position after leading Talent Acquisition, Campus Strategy and Employer Branding for the India-subcontinent region. She recently expanded her portfolio as HR Lead for GBS, IT and Finance, driving initiatives that enhanced capability building and workforce experience.
With prior stints at DuPont and Avery Dennison, Neha brings over a decade of expertise across hiring strategy, culture transformation and people development—strengths that position her to lead AkzoNobel’s HR vision in India.
In her announcement on LinkedIn, Neha expressed excitement about the new mandate, saying she looks forward to “driving impactful people strategies” and “strengthening our culture.” She thanked Neelima Kataria for ongoing guidance and shared her enthusiasm to collaborate closely with Sophia Qiu in the next phase of AkzoNobel’s growth journey.
