IndusInd Bank has announced the appointment of Sheran Mehra as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this leadership role, Mehra will be responsible for strengthening the bank’s brand strategy, digital engagement, and customer experience, as IndusInd continues to expand its presence in a rapidly transforming financial ecosystem.

With over 25 years of cross-industry experience, Sheran Mehra brings a proven track record of building high-impact brands and driving customer loyalty through innovation, data-driven insights, and creative storytelling.

A Leader in Digital Transformation and Brand Strategy

Before joining IndusInd Bank, Mehra served as Chief Business Officer at Tata Digital, where she led loyalty growth initiatives for Indian Hotels on the Tata Neu platform.
