Publicis Groupe India’s full-funnel digital agency, Saatchi Propagate, has announced the appointment of Saurabh Mankhand as Executive Vice President (EVP) & Head of Consumer Experience (CX). In his new role, Mankhand will lead the agency’s CX practice, integrating strategy, data, content, platform innovation, and emerging technologies to deliver measurable business impact for brands.
The appointment reflects Saatchi Propagate’s ambition to strengthen its position as one of India’s top digital agencies, working with leading national and international brands. Mankhand will also play a crucial role in advancing Publicis Groupe’s ‘Power of One’ model, fostering cross-agency collaboration, unlocking growth opportunities, and enhancing client partnerships.
A Return to Publicis Groupe with Over Two Decades of Experience
Marking his return to Publicis Groupe India, Mankhand brings 20+ years of expertise in integrated marketing strategies, digital transformation, and business innovation. He has worked with globally renowned brands, including Unilever, Jio, Vodafone, and IBM, leading high-impact campaigns across e-commerce, B2B, and consumer sectors.
Before this appointment, Mankhand served as Business Head – eCommerce & Technology Services at OLIVER+. He has also held senior leadership roles at Indigo Consulting and Ogilvy India, where he spearheaded teams focused on digital-first brand experiences and customer engagement.
Reporting Structure and Strategic Collaboration
Mankhand will report directly to Paritosh Srivastava, CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi India, BBH India, and Saatchi Propagate India. He will work closely with Prachi Bali, EVP & Business Head of Saatchi Propagate India, and Snehasis Bose, Group Chief Strategy Officer for Saatchi & Saatchi India, BBH India, and Saatchi Propagate India.
