Earlier in his career, Gupta spent a substantial period at Bharti Infratel, where he progressed through multiple leadership positions in financial planning and business finance, supporting large-scale infrastructure projects and long-term capital strategies.
His professional journey also includes early roles at Bharti Airtel and PVR Limited, where he built expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and performance management — skills that now form the foundation of his strategic leadership at NDTV.
