As Chief Revenue Officer, Gaurav Juneja will be responsible for leading Unicommerce’s overall revenue generation strategy. His key focus areas include driving business growth through new product verticals, scaling sales and business development initiatives, and exploring fresh market opportunities across B2B commerce, quick commerce, and international operations. In addition, he will play an instrumental role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy for its evolving SaaS product ecosystem.
A Strategic Leadership Appointment for Scalable Growth
With more than 20 years of cross-industry experience, Gaurav Juneja brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial leadership and operational excellence to Unicommerce. His career spans consumer Internet, financial services, retail, and SaaS technology, making him a seasoned leader capable of navigating India’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Before joining Unicommerce, Gaurav served as Chief Revenue Officer at Kapture.cx, a leading CX automation SaaS platform, where he played a pivotal role in scaling operations and driving enterprise growth. His earlier career includes key leadership roles such as Head of Digitisation at Google, Co-Founder of StarQuik (an online grocery business later acquired by Tata Trent), and Executive Director at Bryan, Garnier & Co. He also held significant positions at Reliance Retail, Lehman Brothers, and Li & Fung India.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Gaurav holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College, University of Delhi. His extensive experience across business transformation, AI-led digitalization, and scaling SaaS businesses positions him as a key driver of Unicommerce’s next growth phase.
