In his new role, Pant will spearhead the company’s mission to expand the reach of homeopathic healthcare, enhance accessibility, and strengthen Dr Batra’s® position as a trusted name in integrated wellness.

Driving Operational Excellence and Growth
As Group COO, Deepak Pant will oversee the company’s core operations spanning homoeopathy, aesthetics, products, and clinic expansion. His mandate includes scaling over 200 physical clinics in India and abroad, strengthening virtual healthcare channels, and furthering the company’s international footprint.
Pant will also lead key initiatives aimed at enhancing patient services, expanding digital engagement, and ensuring consistent quality across Dr Batra’s® wide range of wellness offerings. His appointment comes at a time when the company is investing in new technologies, AI-driven diagnostics, and telemedicine platforms to make healthcare more accessible and effective.
A Veteran Leader with Cross-Industry Expertise
Bringing over two decades of diverse leadership experience, Deepak Pant has built a successful career spanning consumer goods, digital commerce, and technology-driven businesses. Before joining Dr Batra’s®, he held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble Singapore, Marico Limited, Zee Entertainment, Purplle.com, and the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group.
At RP-SG, he led the personal care vertical, where he played a pivotal role in developing digital-first brands and scaling category growth through a blend of marketing innovation and data-led strategies.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C), Pant brings deep expertise in marketing, brand building, P&L management, category development, and digital transformation. His track record of driving operational excellence and building consumer-centric businesses positions him well to lead Dr Batra’s® into its next chapter of growth.
