Revenant XSpark Creates History With Top-4 Finish at Brawl Stars World Finals 2025

Revenant XSpark

Revenant XSpark (RNTX) has created history at the Brawl Stars World Finals 2025, becoming the first-ever Indian team to secure a top-four finish at the global championship held on Sunday. This milestone marks a defining moment for India’s esports ecosystem, showcasing the nation’s growing competitiveness on the international stage.

RNTX’s impressive run ended in the semi-finals, where they lost 3-0 to Italian powerhouse HMBLE. In the grand finale, Crazy Racoon dominated the stage, defeating HMBLE 3-0 to clinch the world title.

A Remarkable Journey to the Semi-Finals

Revenant XSpark’s road to the playoffs was anything but smooth, despite strong performances in the Group Stage on November 28 and 29. The Indian side fought hard after an early setback, demonstrating resilience and tactical depth to secure their spot in the play-offs.

Sharing his thoughts on the team’s historic achievement, Rohit Jagasia, Founder and CEO of Revenant Esports, said:

“A Top 4 finish at the Brawl Stars World Finals shows the world what Indian esports can achieve when our best players compete on the global stage. Sergeant Clash has already established himself as one of the finest players in the world, backed by two elite Singaporean pros – x9Jay and Response. With Revenant consistently reaching world championship stages across multiple esports titles, this result reinforces our position among the global elite and we intend to keep raising the bar for India on the international front.”

Revenant XSpark’s roster for the World Finals featured Ashmit “Sergeant Clash” Raj Singh, Jayden “x9Jay” Wong, and Jerome “Response” Kuek — a trio that delivered standout performances throughout the tournament.

Team Reactions: Pride and Determination

Reflecting on the campaign, team star Ashmit “Sergeant Clash” Raj Singh said:

“We’re incredibly proud of our top-four finish at the Brawl Stars World Finals 2025. While it wasn’t the result we were aiming for, the experience has made us even more determined to push further. We’re grateful for all the support throughout the season and will come back stronger.”

Group Stage Battles: A Comeback Story

Placed in Group A, which followed a four-team double-elimination format, RNTX had a tough start, losing 0-3 to SK Gaming in their opening match. With elimination on the horizon, the team bounced back spectacularly:

  • Defeated Space Station Gaming 3-1 in the elimination match

  • Outplayed NOVO Esports 3-2 in a high-pressure decider

RNTX finished second in the group with a 2-1 match record and 6-6 game score, securing a well-earned entry into the playoffs. SK Gaming topped the group, while NOVO and SSG bowed out.

Quarterfinal Thriller: Indian Grit on Display

In the quarterfinals, RNTX delivered one of the most thrilling performances of the tournament, edging out Brazilian team LOUD with a narrow 3-2 victory. Ashmit, also known as Sergeant Clash, emerged as the match MVP, guiding the team into their historic semi-final appearance against HMBLE.
