Scaler has appointed Ratnakar Reddy to lead its B2B growth strategy, tasked with strengthening the company’s enterprise learning proposition, building regional teams and shaping industry-aligned curricula for the IT/ITeS sector, global capability centers and government organisations, Nov. 22, 2025.
Reddy’s mandate includes expanding Scaler’s enterprise footprint across India and the MENA region while advancing workforce skilling programs focused on artificial intelligence, data science and emerging technologies.
Scaler co-founder Abhimanyu Saxena said the appointment reinforces the company’s ambitions to address the AI talent gap. “We are thrilled to welcome Ratnakar Reddy to our leadership team. His unparalleled cross-sector experience and deep insights into AI position him perfectly to spearhead our B2B expansion across India and MENA. As we strategically scale our operations and bridge the critical AI talent gap, Ratnakar’s leadership and expertise will be pivotal,” Saxena said.
Reddy highlighted the urgency for workforce transformation as industries adapt to AI. “With the advent of AI, the need to reskill and continuously evolve the existing workforce has become paramount across all sectors. The immense demand for AI and Data Science skills presents an unparalleled opportunity for India to cement its position as the skill capital of the world,” he said. He added that Scaler’s industry-aligned curricula and future-ready programs make it a critical partner in enabling large-scale upskilling.
Over the next year, Reddy will focus on accelerating Scaler’s B2B growth and building stronger coverage across India and MENA. The company has already executed multiple enterprise skilling projects in 2025, including programs with ADGM Academy, training for telecom operator DU and workforce support initiatives such as NAFIS’ job-matching platform.
