With over 15 years of experience in the beauty, color cosmetics, and FMCG sectors, Anshu brings extensive expertise in consumer-driven innovation, design thinking, and product strategy. She has previously held leadership positions at leading companies such as AkzoNobel (Dulux), Colorbar, Mary Kay, and Win-Medicare, where she played a pivotal role in developing high-performance product portfolios and driving market growth.
