Capgemini today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Cloud4C, a leading global provider of automation-driven managed services for hybrid, private, public, and sovereign cloud environments. The deal follows the fulfillment of all regulatory requirements and marks a major milestone in Capgemini’s strategy to expand its footprint in the fast-growing cloud managed services and AI-powered cloud automation markets.
With a team of over 1,600 cloud and automation experts, Cloud4C specializes in platform-based services featuring advanced AI operations, automation, and scalability. The acquisition enhances Capgemini’s ability to deliver industry-specific frameworks, intellectual property (IP) assets, and generative AI (Gen AI) solutions for seamless cloud management and migration. It also significantly boosts Capgemini’s leadership in end-to-end SAP services and SAP RISE, combining Cloud4C’s AI-driven cloud management expertise with Syniti’s data management capabilities.
