VML India has announced the promotion of Milan Nakrani to the role of Head of Media, marking a significant step in his professional journey. Nakrani previously served as Assistant GM – Media at the agency.

With over 14 years of experience in digital media, Nakrani has evolved from managing campaigns hands-on to spearheading integrated media strategy and leadership initiatives. His expertise lies in combining data, creativity, and technology to craft media solutions that help brands meaningfully connect with consumers.
In his professional profile, Nakrani emphasized his commitment to adaptability, curiosity, and outcome-driven strategies, highlighting his focus on building future-ready media ecosystems. As a leader, his priorities include mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and driving both short-term performance and long-term brand equity.
Looking forward, Nakrani aims to explore emerging opportunities in Connected TV, influencer ecosystems, and eCommerce media, with the goal of designing ROI-driven, innovative marketing strategies for clients.
Prior to joining VML, Nakrani spent more than seven years at Mirum, a WPP company, where he played a crucial role in digital media strategy and execution. His new role at VML India positions him to further strengthen the agency’s integrated media offering in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
