Mumbai, 1st August 2025: Primus Partners, a leading management consulting firm, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Garima Babbar as Executive Director within its global Education, Employability, and Entrepreneurship (EEE) Practice. In this pivotal role, she will work closely with Charu Malhotra, Co-Founder and Managing Director of the firm, to drive strategic initiatives in the education and skills development ecosystem.
Garima Babbar brings with her over 20 years of experience across the government, corporate, and development sectors. Prior to joining Primus, she served as Country Head – Education and Skills at Adobe Inc., where she was instrumental in shaping and executing national-level programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and several state governments. Her efforts significantly contributed to the rollout of digital creativity skills programs aligned with India’s National Education Policy (NEP).
Her career includes leadership roles at prestigious organizations such as the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Microsoft India, and KPMG, where she led large-scale program implementation, multi-stakeholder policy advisory, and capacity-building efforts across India’s evolving education and skilling ecosystem.
