In this role, Rohit will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on building a future-ready workforce, fostering a strong organizational culture, and supporting VerSe’s global expansion initiatives.
With more than two decades of HR leadership experience, Rohit Sandal has previously held key positions at prominent technology firms including Freshworks, Lenovo, and Dell. His expertise lies in driving large-scale HR transformations, strategic workforce planning, and culture-building. He steps into the role following Maya John, the outgoing Chief People Officer, who was instrumental in shaping VerSe Innovation’s organizational scale-up and ensuring a smooth leadership transition.
