Hyatt Hotels has announced the appointment of Amarinder Sadana as the Director of Revenue Management – India & Southwest Asia, a strategic move that underscores the company’s focus on driving commercial excellence and revenue growth across the region.
With more than two decades of international experience in commercial strategy and revenue management, Amarinder brings a robust track record of success across key global hospitality markets, including Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and India. In his new role, he will lead Hyatt’s regional revenue initiatives, focusing on optimizing pricing strategies, maximizing topline performance, and enhancing the brand’s competitive positioning across diverse market segments.
Prior to this role, Amarinder served as the Regional Director of Revenue Management for Asia, overseeing a portfolio of over 60 hotels and leading regional revenue strategies across multiple countries. His leadership has consistently delivered results in revenue transformation, team development, and strategic pricing—earning him recognition and accolades from industry peers and stakeholders.
Amarinder’s professional journey includes key leadership roles at some of the world’s most prominent hotel chains, where he spearheaded commercial growth and implemented best-in-class revenue systems. His academic background includes a degree from the Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management, New Delhi, and a specialization in Restaurant Revenue Management from eCornell, further strengthening his expertise in the field.
His appointment comes at a critical juncture for Hyatt Hotels, as the group continues to expand its presence across India and Southwest Asia, investing in talent and innovation to stay ahead in a competitive hospitality landscape.
