In his new role, Sahil joins the core leadership team and will work closely with Co-Founders Gaurav Arora and Himanshu Arora to expand Social Panga’s creative footprint and deepen strategic impact. His primary mandate includes scaling creative output, sharpening brand-building strategies, and accelerating growth in competitive sectors.
Seasoned Creative Leader with Proven Track Record
With over 15 years of experience in creative leadership, Sahil has delivered high-impact campaigns across BFSI, FMCG, automotive, and e-commerce sectors. His impressive portfolio includes work for Flipkart, SBI Life, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Starbucks, Apple, Knorr, Gillette, ICICI Lombard, Monster, Pepsodent, My11Circle, Godrej, CNN, Radio Mirchi, and Warner Bros, among others.
Before joining Social Panga, Sahil served as Global Creative Head at Pepper Content, where he led the launch of Pepper Creative, the platform’s full-service creative outfit. Previously, he spent 14 years at Dentsu Creative, where he played strategic roles in creative leadership, business growth, and digital transformation.
Sahil is also recognized for his contributions as a jury member at prestigious advertising forums, and is known for fostering a curiosity-led creative culture and mentoring emerging talent.
