Extensive Leadership Experience
Saurav Adhikari’s illustrious career includes more than two decades at HCL (2000-2019), where he held multiple leadership roles. He served as the founding president of HCL’s enterprise networking division and played a key role in expanding the ITES business. Additionally, he led HCL’s ITES North American operations and served as President of Global Corporate Strategy, closely collaborating with the founder and chairman to oversee various business units and initiatives under the Shiv Nadar Foundation.
Beyond HCL, Adhikari has held prominent positions at leading organizations. He served as Vice President at PepsiCo, held leadership roles at Unilever, and was CEO of Group SEB’s India operations. Currently, he is the founder and senior partner at Indus Tech Edge Fund I, further demonstrating his expertise in guiding businesses toward strategic growth.
Academic Background
Saurav Adhikari’s educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University, and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Bombay University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at INSEAD, Fontainebleau. His foundational education was at Mayo College, Ajmer.
