Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company behind popular brands like Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Bblunt, and Dr. Sheth’s, has appointed Kaustav Guha as Vice President of Research & Development. In this role, Guha will spearhead product innovation and strengthen R&D capabilities across Honasa’s portfolio of purpose-driven brands. His focus will be on developing new technologies to enhance formulations and driving the company’s commitment to creating natural and sustainable products.

Guha brings over a decade of experience in the beauty and personal care industry, having worked with both global and Indian brands such as L’Oreal and Marico. He is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur and Durham University, UK. His expertise in product development and formulations will be crucial in Honasa’s ongoing efforts to create cutting-edge beauty and personal care solutions.
