Bajaj Housing Finance has appointed Sayantani Dutta as its new Chief of Human Resources and Administration. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Sayantani brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. She joined Bajaj Housing Finance in March and is based in Pune.
In her capacity as Chief of Human Resources and Administration, Sayantani will collaborate with business units to drive the company’s people agenda forward.
A seasoned HR professional, Sayantani is well-versed in handling various aspects of HR, including employee development, talent management, organization design, and rewards. She is known for her solution-driven approach to HR challenges.
Prior to joining Bajaj Housing Finance, Sayantani held positions at renowned organizations such as GE Capital, Walmart, Vodafone, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. She holds an MBA in HR from XIMB, Bhubaneshwar. During her tenure at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sayantani played a key role in creating and implementing talent solutions aimed at attracting, retaining, and rewarding top talent.
