Kayzad Hiramanek has been named Chief Operating Officer of Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, a new addition to the company’s senior executive team.
Kayzad is a seasoned executive with 2.5 decades of experience managing operations, technology, and customer experience strategy for firms in a variety of industries. He will lead and execute the company’s Operations, Technology, and Business Excellence efforts at Edelweiss Tokio Life in order to increase scalability, agility, and cost efficiency. The organisation strives to establish operational resilience and sustainability under his functional management in order to weather business cycles and any unexpected catastrophes.

In his previous experience, Kayzad has played an instrumental role in defining the Operations and Customer Experience strategy for organizations like Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Avantha Ergo Life Insurance. He has also been associated with Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular, Taj Hotels and more in the past.
