Havas Worldwide India, the creative agency of Havas India, has reinforced its creative team with the appointment of Arjun Jetly, Neharika Awal, Ajitesh Verma, and Monish Gupta as Executive Creative Directors.
Operating from Gurugram, all four directors will directly report to Anupama Ramaswamy, Chief Creative Officer of Havas Worldwide India. Their primary mandate will be to elevate the agency’s creative offerings and further enhance its brand portfolio.
Commenting on the appointments, Anupama Ramaswamy stated, “Now is the time for our work to shine, and I can’t think of a better team to lead this than Neharika, Monish, Arjun, and Ajitesh. Arjun, in his second stint with Havas Worldwide India, has been the mastermind behind some of Durex’s most memorable campaigns, such as Mutual Climax and Invisible. He joins the agency from Cheil India and brings extensive experience working with renowned brands across diverse categories.
Neharika joins Havas Worldwide India after an impressive 8-year tenure at dentsu, where she contributed significantly to campaigns for leading brands like Honda Cars, OLX, and Dominos, earning accolades such as Effies and ABBYs.
Ajitesh, with a background spanning agencies like Wunderman Thompson and McCann Worldwide, brings a wealth of experience working with notable brands such as Meta, Flipkart, and Pepsi Foods, among others.
Monish, who joins from Leo Burnett, has an illustrious career managing prominent brands in various sectors, including Maruti Suzuki, LG, and Myntra. With a rich portfolio across multiple agencies, he adds a diverse perspective to the Havas creative team.
