Phable named Sanil Bhatia as Senior Vice President-Revenue

Sanil Bhatia has been named Sr. Vice President – Revenue at Phable, a chronic disease management company. With this appointment, Phable aims to strengthen its full-stack and value-driven chronic disease management offerings while also accelerating market expansion to create India’s first comprehensive healthcare ecosystem to help patients manage their condition better.

Sanil founded and led the Healthcare Vertical at prior to joining Phable. He was also a founding member of Uber India and Flipkart, where he built and scaled the ride-sharing and e-commerce categories. Sanil has over 13 years of experience managing large scale profit and loss statements and teams for B2C and B2B technology companies. He has a proven track record of delivering long-term business results through the development of passionate teams in a high-energy entrepreneurial culture. In countries such as Iran and the United States, he has assisted businesses in gaining market prominence by establishing successful teams, systems, and processes.

At Phable, all revenue-generating functions will report to Sanil. To achieve the desired business outcome, he will work directly with the founders – Sumit Sinha and Mukesh Bansal – and Functional Heads. As the Senior Vice President of Revenue, he will oversee and lead categories such as medicine, lab tests, programmes, health and wellness, and devices.
