Brooke Bond 3 Roses launches ‘Idhu Namma campaign’ in association with CSK

Brooke Bond 3 Roses has debuted its new television commercial, Idhu Namma Tea(m), in which they collaborated with the IPL’s Chennai Super Kings for the 15th season.

The campaign uses the message ‘Idhu Namma Tea, Idhu Namma Team’ (It’s Our Tea, It’s Our Team) to connect with the audience by welcoming and trusting CSK’s new members.

The TV commercial begins with an old guy complaining to his wife about the new CSK team over a cup of chai, and when asked how the tea is, the old man responds that if the colour, flavour, and strength are all nice, it will be great. Similarly, if batting, bowling, and fielding are all good, what difference does the pitch make?

During the conversation, their grandson exclaims “it’s a wicket” in the first ball, prompting the old man’s wife to say, “See.” Our CSK team will never disappoint us, just as Brooke Bond 3 Roses tea never does. The campaign ‘Idhu Namma Tea, Idhu Namma Team’ emphasises the message of trust and confidence that Brooke Bond 3 Roses delivers by converting sceptics into believers.

The ad ends with the message ‘Idhu namma tea, Idhu namma team’ with an aim to connect with the CSK fans for whom their favourite team and their favourite tea are inseparable from each other.
