ekincare named Roopesh Balakrishna as Head of Marketing

Roopesh Balakrishna has been named Vice President, Marketing at ekincare, a full stack health benefits platform, beginning April 2022. Roopesh will be in charge of creating integrated Marketing and Inside Sales teams to promote growth and strengthen ekincare’s brand in the market in this job.

Prior to joining ekincare, he was in charge of Akamai’s marketing mandates in major APJ markets. He’s spent more than 15 years in global GTM roles in marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, and advisory roles in a variety of sectors, delivering on strategic and functional leadership mandates to create top-line growth and operational efficiencies. Throughout his career, he’s written thought-leadership papers and launched industry-first initiatives at companies including Akamai, Freshworks, HP, YourStory Media, and Ogilvy & Mather, to name a few.
